12 Week Breakthrough Program


Its nearly 2 years since I did the 12 week Nutrition Course with Debbie. In that time I have been able to maintain some really important eating habits. 
That’s not to say I don’t need to do a check and reset from time to time, but I have made a long term lifestyle changes to how I eat. I now feel much more in control of my eating – for example what and when I eat. I don't crave sugar/carbs (or eat it) in the way I did. These changes have resulted in weight loss, changes in my body shape and greater energy.
The 12 week course provided great education resources and information. It worked well as a step-by-step programme, for example by first changing the way I eat and then gradually making other adjustments. It has been really helpful to understand what my particular body needs and how to tailor my eating and exercise to reduce stress. The content is a great mix of information to educate and then ways to make practical changes.
What made all the difference was having Debbie take me through the process. When I had questions or needed assistance or advice it was there. This made the course content relevant to me as an individual and to look at my own particular situations. Because Debbie’s contact has been ongoing she has helped me to really see change as a process and look to practical ways to modify my diet and exercise.


I am 46 years old and I was having difficulty walking.  My hip joints were sore and inflamed.  I decided I needed to do something about my obesity.
I liked the idea of a support coach and the option to attend a support group - I am motivated by having to be accountable to others.  The week by week sessions covering goal setting, what to eat, when and how is easy to follow and the program uses a variety of methods to get the information across which appeals to me.
Having completed the 12 week course and losing 15kg has made a huge impact on my life and my ability to do my job that I can't recommend the program highly enough.  Since I've completed the program I have gone on to lose another 5 kg bringing my total weight loss so far to 20kg.  I have more energy.  I can walk without pain and I feel so good in myself gong from size 18+ to size 12.  
Everybody notices... and comments on how much younger I appear, how much weight I have lost and that's a good incentive to keep going!  I feel a lot more energetic and I sleep better too!


I have always been a bit of a yo-yo dieter since having our kids. Now 20 odd years down the track I was given the amazing opportunity to learn about my eating habits. With the guidance of Debs, I have learnt the importance of a good diet. Signing up for a 12 week course was like "o what am I doing",  but once I got into it, I got determined and really strict with myself, and every week after our meetings I thought "why have i waited so long". Each weigh in was actually exciting, I know right, a weigh in, something to look forward to, but it actually was exciting. It gave you the drive each week to work harder and achieve a bit more. At the end of my 12 weeks, I had dropped over 12kg, and lost a total of 44cm. Oh and did I mention sleep, o my, wow, sleeping a full night is so amazing. I can't thank Debbie enough for her encouragement, guidance, trust and belief.


I started the 12-week nutrition program not really sure what to expect or if it was for me. By the end, I was totally hooked, empowered and have seen changes in my health, weight and fitness that seemed to be so far out of reach.
I was blown away by the enthusiasm and belief in the course. The guidance throughout the 12 weeks is given genuinely and if followed will lead to positive results.
Results for me which over the 12 weeks were 12.74kg weight loss, 14cm off my belly, 12cm off my chest and reduction of 7.5% body fat. Not to mention sleeping all night feeling really good and having so much more energy than I have had for years.
If you want to get control of your health, understand how your body processes food, what food to eat and what to keep away from this is for you. 
I cannot recommend the 12 week course enough, it has changed my life.
